Privacy Policy

The Korean version of this policy is the official and legally binding version.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: email address (required for account creation)
  • Birth information: date of birth, time of birth, gender, birthplace (required for fortune-telling calculations)
  • Payment information: processed by TossPayments (PG provider); we do not directly store payment card details
  • Usage data: service usage logs, device information, IP address

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Providing fortune-telling and destiny analysis services
  • Account management and authentication
  • Processing purchases and managing transaction records
  • Improving service quality and analyzing usage patterns (anonymized)

3. Data Retention

  • When you delete your account, personal information (email, profile data, saved result links) is immediately deleted.
  • Fortune-telling calculation results (Four Pillars data) do not contain personally identifiable information and may remain in de-identified form after account deletion.
  • De-identified payment and settlement records (transaction ID, amount, date) are retained for 5 years in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (user association is removed via NULL processing).

4. Third-Party Sharing

We share information with the following third parties only as necessary to provide the Service:

  • TossPayments: payment processing (PG provider)
  • Google: social login authentication (when using Google Sign-In)
  • AI/LLM providers: fortune-telling interpretation generation (birth data is sent in non-personally-identifiable form — gender and calculated astrological data only, no name or email)
  • Google Analytics: anonymized usage analytics

5. Your Rights

  • You can view and edit your profile information in Settings.
  • You can delete your account and all associated personal data in Settings > Account > Delete Account.
  • You can request data access, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Contact support

6. Cookies

  • Session cookies: required for service functionality (login state, language preference)
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymized usage analysis; can be blocked via browser settings
