Terms of Service

The Korean version of these terms is the official and legally binding version.

Article 1. Definitions

  1. "Service" refers to the fortune-telling and destiny analysis web service operated at sajubogo.app (hereinafter "SajuBogo").
  2. "Paid Content" refers to AI-generated personalized reports (digital content) that can be purchased through the Service.
  3. "Member" refers to a user who has created an account and agreed to these Terms.

Article 2. Service Agreement

  1. Basic fortune-telling services are available without creating an account (anonymous session).
  2. Saving results and purchasing paid content requires account creation.
  3. To use paid content: select a product → complete payment → content is generated and available for viewing.
  4. Content generation begins immediately upon payment completion.

Article 3. Payment

  1. Paid content can be purchased per product or unlocked with a coupon.
  2. Payments are processed through TossPayments, a PG (Payment Gateway) provider.
  3. Available payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other methods supported by TossPayments.
  4. Product prices are displayed in Korean Won (KRW) and include VAT.
  5. The Company does not directly handle or store payment card information.

Article 4. Digital Content

  1. Paid content is AI-generated personalized digital content created based on the user's birth information.
  2. Content generation begins immediately upon payment completion. Once generation starts, the content is considered delivered.
  3. Generated content can be viewed at any time through the Service.
  4. If content generation fails due to a technical issue, the same content can be regenerated without additional charges (automatic retry).

Article 5. Refunds

  1. As paid content is digital content that is generated immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once content generation has begun, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
  2. However, refunds may be provided in the following cases:
    • Content cannot be used normally due to a technical failure on our end
    • Content was not delivered (generation did not complete)
    • Content significantly differs from its description
  3. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  5. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Article 6. Disclaimer

  1. The Service provides fortune-telling and destiny analysis for entertainment and reference purposes only.
  2. Content provided through the Service should not be used as a basis for medical, legal, financial, or other important life decisions.
  3. The Company is not liable for any actions taken based on the content provided by the Service.
  4. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, network failures, or third-party service disruptions.

Article 7. Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
